| Description: | To launch the cable channel LifeStyle Food, TP Events created the all-time greatest dinner party of a gourmet's dreams, catered by acknowledged local leaders in food and wine. A tableau of Sydney's leading chefs assembled and served a menu that reflected the colour and diversity of the fine food scene in Australia - and the Lifestyle Channel itself. Canapes were courtesy of Bill Granger, entree by Peter Evans, mains by Neil Perry and cheeses by Will Studd A selection of finest wines, Belgian chocolates and live jazz set a standard for the channel and for food events of the foreseeable future. |
