| Description: | 3500 UIA guests dined at the Sydney Convention Centre, where the Australian Prime Minister John Howard and former Prime Minister of Israel, Shimon Peres gave addresses. The event showcased multi-screen audiovisuals, lighting, media feeds, sound, sets and staging, entertainment and special effects on a grand scale. Five kitchens, 200 wait staff, 40 tech crew and 60 chefs catered for the guests, international performers and local community members, setting a record for the largest four-course sit-down dinner staged at this venue. |
